Making and selling my pottery has always been a dream and I'm so happy that you have or are interested in adding a piece (or three!) to your collection! As a small studio, we strive to produce excellent quality and beautiful, pottery while giving you the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. To make sure that happens, we make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. Read on to see all our policies below. ALL POTTERY SOLD HERE IS HANDMADE

Each item is handmade and unique. Please remember this when buying pottery, slight variations in glaze, size, and shape are normal and are part of what make each piece special. :)

 

Items are hand thrown and glazed one at a time, making each one unique with slight variations in shape and design from what you see pictured.

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, small variations in form and color are to be expected and part of what make these pieces so unique.

 

All items are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to ensure the longevity of the pieces.

Unless stated otherwise, all items are made with food safe clays and glazes.

SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

Custom orders ship within 2-5 weeks.

 

Orders purchased as part of a shop drop or of pottery that is in stock will ship within one week.

All sales are final.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact the shop via the website or email: hello@sarahnickelceramics.com.

 

In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please take photos and notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and keep all of the packaging. We'll provide further instructions and begin the process of getting a replacement piece to you as soon as possible. We do not take responsibility or offer refunds for stolen mail, but will provide tracking information for all shipments.
